Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and visionary Head of STEM to take on this key leadership role. You will be fully responsible for shaping and executing the school's STEM education vision, directly leading a multi-disciplinary team encompassing Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Information and Communication Technology (ICT), etc, while driving the deep integration of interdisciplinary curricula and pedagogical innovation.
You will be dedicated to creating an innovative, student-centered academic environment that leads teaching reform across core STEM disciplines, including Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and ICT. We look forward to you not only consolidating the academic depth of each subject but also breaking down traditional disciplinary barriers. By integrating cutting-edge technology and real-world problem-solving into the classroom through Project-Based Learning (PBL) and inquiry-based teaching, you will cultivate future-oriented innovative talents equipped with scientific literacy, technical proficiency, engineering thinking, and a strong mathematical foundation.
