Your Role

As an EYFS / KS1 SEN Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

  • Championing inclusive education for young learners with additional needs.
  • Identifying and catering to individual learning preferences through tailored intervention strategies.
  • Collaborating with class teachers, parents, and specialists to enable each child to achieve their fullest potential.
  • Fostering a supportive, engaging, and purposeful learning atmosphere.
  • Contributing to the enhancement of overall SEN provision and advocating for best practices throughout the school.

What We’re Looking For

  • A Bachelor's degree in Education.
  • A genuine passion for teaching Early Years and Key Stages 1 and 2.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • A reflective and flexible educator committed to inclusion and continuous professional growth.
  • British-trained teachers or those familiar with the National Curriculum of England.
