Your Role
As an EYFS / KS1 SEN Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
- Championing inclusive education for young learners with additional needs.
- Identifying and catering to individual learning preferences through tailored intervention strategies.
- Collaborating with class teachers, parents, and specialists to enable each child to achieve their fullest potential.
- Fostering a supportive, engaging, and purposeful learning atmosphere.
- Contributing to the enhancement of overall SEN provision and advocating for best practices throughout the school.
What We’re Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree in Education.
- A genuine passion for teaching Early Years and Key Stages 1 and 2.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- A reflective and flexible educator committed to inclusion and continuous professional growth.
- British-trained teachers or those familiar with the National Curriculum of England.
