The ideal applicant will be an accomplished Biology educator with experience teaching at various key stages. Our extensive science team allows for specialization at KS4/5, though all educators are expected to teach KS3 Science in line with our teaching and learning philosophy. We are fortunate to have well-equipped laboratories and facilities, including a science garden and access to a primary jungle. This position entails the weekly facilitation of a Co-Curricular Activity and may include a form tutor role, for which time will be allocated in your schedule. Situated in Putrajaya, one of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia’s larger suburbs, Nexus was established in 2008 as part of the Taylor’s Education Group. Currently, we serve 750 students from Early Years to Year 13, utilizing the IPC, IGCSE, and IBDP curricula. Our admissions policy is inclusive, and you can anticipate teaching students with diverse learning and language needs, as well as exceptionally academic individuals. Our student body comprises over 30 different nationalities, contributing to the school’s truly global atmosphere. While prior international experience is not a prerequisite, a genuine interest in working within a diverse international community is vital.
