About This Role

The Position

We are on the lookout for exceptional educators to join our Primary School team.

We are in search of dedicated teachers who possess the vision, ambition, and motivation to play a key role in our swiftly growing Primary School. Exceptional interpersonal abilities are essential, along with a willingness to innovate and tackle the challenges and rewards that come with being part of an exemplary team. Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills and bring enthusiasm, energy, and creativity to their teaching approach, while being committed to diverse and adaptable teaching methods. All academic personnel are expected to deliver instruction at the highest professional level and to actively support and uphold the ethos, goals, and objectives of the School. We cultivate a community rooted in mutual support and collaboration.

We invite applications from qualified, experienced, and dedicated teachers from both state and independent sectors in their home countries, as well as those with international experience.

Key duties and responsibilities include:

• Teaching and Learning

• Pastoral care, Tutoring, and classroom supervision

Qualifications


• A Bachelor’s degree or higher

• Possession of an appropriate teaching qualification in primary education, such as a PRC teacher certificate, PGCE, QTS, or an equivalent credential;

• Proficient English communication skills;

• A minimum of two years’ teaching experience in a primary school environment; experience in bilingual or international schools is a plus;

• A strong passion for teaching and a commitment to nurturing the whole child;

• The capability and ambition to achieve high standards;

• Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrated through interactions with children, colleagues, parents, and other professionals;

• A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to work;

• A clean police record and no concerns regarding suitability to work with children.

Compensation

$3,000 - $4,000 per month (competitive compensation package, including housing allowance, annual flight allowance, high-end medical insurance, full pay holidays, visa sponsorship, professional development allowance, free lunch)
