Job Description:
The Whole School Counsellor will deliver extensive psychological support and counselling services across all educational stages within the institution. This position entails collaborating closely with students, parents, teachers, and staff to enhance mental health, well-being, and academic achievement throughout the school community.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counselling, or a related discipline (required)
- At least 3 years of experience as a counsellor or school psychologist in an educational environment
- Strong grasp of child development and adolescent psychology in line with the UK curriculum framework
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with students of all ages, families, and staff
- Capability to conduct assessments, create intervention plans, and offer individual or group counselling sessions
- Awareness of contemporary best practices in mental health support for children and adolescents
- Competence in maintaining confidential records in accordance with ethical guidelines
