Do you believe that education has the power to transform the world?

Are you an educator who prioritizes kindness, establishes high standards, and fosters every student's ability to reach their full potential?

Then it’s time to Go Beyond with Star, Mirdif.

Welcome to Star Mirdif.

We are a vibrant, all-through British international school located in Dubai—a community where children are recognized, families are cherished, and teachers are empowered to create significant impacts. As part of the International Schools Partnership (ISP), we merge worldwide expertise with strong local connections.

We proudly embrace inclusivity, built on trust and personal excellence—where students flourish in confidence and character, not solely in academics.

We believe in fostering awe and wonder, maintaining high expectations coupled with high care, and focusing on effective practices rather than merely following tradition.

Our staff culture is rooted in the Star, Mirdif Way:

Embrace our STAR culture and values

Hold each other accountable with kindness

Go Beyond for our students and for one another

If this resonates with your vision of education, we invite you to continue reading.
