Creators, an avant-garde STEM-centered school set to open its doors in September 2025, is on the lookout for an outstanding Spanish teacher to become part of our Languages and Humanities department. This essential position is key to our goal of cultivating a culture of creativity, high standards, and entrepreneurial spirit among both students and faculty.

We are in search of an innovative Spanish teacher who possesses a relentless enthusiasm for fostering creative learning through research, inquiry, and technology integration. You will motivate and mentor our students in their language acquisition journey, igniting their passion for education and cultivating a vibrant and interactive classroom atmosphere. Additionally, you will promote a sense of creativity and entrepreneurship, empowering our students to become the leaders of tomorrow.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons in Spanish as a Foreign Language for senior primary, middle years, and up to IGCSE level, utilizing your own engaging teaching style.
• Instill a love for learning while broadening students' knowledge and appreciation of Spanish language and culture.
• Develop and implement a groundbreaking approach to education in these disciplines.
• Establish a classroom environment that encourages inquiry and creativity.
• Motivate students to excel in IGCSE exams, international competitions, and cultural exchanges.
• Ensure mastery of the subject matter and excellence in curriculum development.
• Create strategies to help gifted students thrive in all academic and extracurricular activities.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Spanish and English is required.
• Preferably hold an EU passport or already possess the right to work in Spain.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Spanish Language and Literature or a related discipline.
• A valid Teaching Qualification - PGCE/BEd or equivalent, recognized in the EU.
• Extensive experience in international schools, particularly in teaching British Curriculum Spanish as a Foreign Language, with a proven track record of success in competitive international assessments.
• Strong understanding of and experience in fostering inquiry-based, interdisciplinary, project-based, and research skills, applying them to real-world scenarios.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities.
• Skilled in utilizing technology and digital resources to enhance the educational experience.
• Knowledge of current international standards and best practices in Spanish language teaching.

Compensation
