Job Description:
The Whole School Counsellor will provide comprehensive psychological support and counselling services across all educational levels within the school. This role involves working closely with students, parents, teachers, and staff to promote mental health, well-being, and academic success throughout the school community.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counselling, or a related field (required)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a counsellor or school psychologist in an educational setting
- Strong understanding of child development and adolescent psychology aligned with the UK curriculum framework
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students of various ages, families, and staff
- Ability to conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and provide individual or group counselling sessions
- Knowledge of current best practices in mental health support for children and adolescents
- Proficiency in maintaining confidential records in line with ethical standards
