Up to 37 hours per week, Term Time Only + 1 INSET Day
H7.19 £32,061 FTE (pro rata)
Permanent | Monday-Friday 7:30am-3:30pm - working hours can be slightly negotiable
We are seeking an organised, proactive and resilient Cover Manager to join our friendly and supportive school team.
This is a key operational role within the school, responsible for coordinating daily staff cover, organising supply staff, and ensuring the smooth running of the school day. You will also line manage the Cover Supervisor team, ensuring effective deployment and support. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you will play an important part in maintaining continuity of learning for our students.
The successful candidate will:
Be highly organised with excellent communication skills
Be confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Have the ability to lead and support the Cover Supervisor team
Build positive relationships with staff and external agencies
Be able to work independently and make effective decisions
