At Brighton College Al Ain (FS - Year 13), Teaching and Learning Assistants play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of children. This position is both demanding and diverse, requiring the ideal candidate to have a true passion for engaging with young people, sharing in their excitement, and motivating them to learn. A deep commitment to teaching and understanding the academic, social, and emotional development of children is essential. Additionally, candidates must be adaptable to schedule changes and capable of handling unexpected situations with composure. Most importantly, ensuring the needs of the children remain the focal point of all efforts is paramount.
