Our Story

Bloom World Academy was established in August 2022 and serves children aged three to 18 years. The school has quickly gained recognition for challenging traditional educational norms and innovating for the benefit of learners, families, and educators in Dubai.

Every aspect of learning and teaching at Bloom World Academy has been thoughtfully designed, focusing on how we educate, why we do so, and the impact it has. This approach has resulted in many pioneering initiatives in the UAE. BWA is the first school in the UAE to start at 9 AM, the first school allowing each student and their family to customize their timetable (learning pathways), and the first where every student has a Learning Achievement Passport (LAP) that shares performance and progress with students and families several times a year.

Above all, BWA prioritizes family life—encouraging parents to be involved in school activities, work from our community café, participate in regular workshops, and attend our weekly celebratory community forum.

Our successful approach has surpassed all expectations, prompting the need to recruit a significant number of creative and dedicated teachers and expert practitioners eager to apply their skills in a progressive, innovative school that values the art of teaching.
