About This Role

Ratcliffe College is seeking an enthusiastic, compassionate, and skilled Learning Support Teacher to join our brand‑new SEN Centre, a specialist, nurturing environment designed to support pupils who benefit from a personalised approach to learning.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative provision that forms an integral part of our inclusive Learning Support department. Our SEN Centre is dedicated to enabling students with a range of additional needs to flourish academically, socially, and emotionally.

About the Role

The successful candidate will:

  • Deliver high‑quality, tailored teaching and interventions to meet the individual needs of pupils within the SEN Centre.

  • Work collaboratively with the SENCo, Deputy SENCo, and Learning Support Assistants to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.

  • Contribute to personalised learning plans, progress reviews, and assessment of student needs.

  • Promote inclusion by ensuring students remain connected to the wider life of the College, including academic, pastoral, and co‑curricular opportunities.
