French Teacher - August 2025 Start
About This Role
Arcadia Global School in Dubai is looking to hire a committed and skilled French Teacher to join our team starting in August 2025. The ideal candidate will collaborate with other experienced educators to support the school's strategic vision and will have the capability to teach across all Key Stages.

Requirements:
- Fully qualified teacher with a BEd, MEd, PGCE, QTS, or equivalent certification.
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in a high-quality department.
- Proven ability to teach up to GCSE/IGCSE level with a strong record of performance outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in delivering and enhancing the curriculum.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Outstanding teaching skills with the capacity to create innovative lessons informed by current pedagogical practices and forward-thinking initiatives.
- A collaborative professional who engages effectively with both their immediate team and the broader school community.

- Employ various teaching methods to engage students, fulfilling curriculum requirements while addressing individual needs through scaffolding and setting objectives.
- Uphold discipline in line with the school's policies and promote positive practices regarding punctuality, behavior, and work standards.
- Contribute to the creation and execution of the subject’s strategic action plan.
- Ensure effective communication with parents regarding students' academic progress, in accordance with school reporting protocols and addressing specific concerns as they arise.
- Adhere to the current policies and procedures of the school.
- Prepare and update subject materials, including schemes of work.
