EAL Teacher

Reigate Grammar School Phnom Penh (RGSPP) is seeking a committed and proficient English as an Additional Language (EAL) Teacher to support students across the institution.

This role is crucial for assisting students in acquiring the language skills necessary to fully engage with the British international curriculum, while also fostering their confidence and independence as learners.

The EAL Teacher will deliver in-class support as well as targeted small-group interventions, working closely with classroom teachers to ensure effective strategy implementation. In addition, the teacher will contribute to curriculum development, provide pastoral support, and participate in the wider school community, reflecting RGSPP’s core values of Discovery, Opportunity, Virtue, and Excellence (DOVE).
