Are you passionate about creating a safe, happy, and inclusive environment for children? Oasis Academy Wattville is seeking a Lunchtime Supervisor to join our friendly team and help make lunchtimes a positive experience for every child.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise pupils during the lunch period, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
Encourage positive play and social interaction.
Support pupils in following school rules and maintaining good behaviour.
Assist with the organisation of dining areas and outdoor spaces.
Respond calmly and effectively to any incidents or accidents.
