About This Role

Al Rabeeh School is on the lookout for a dynamic, flexible, and dedicated Assistant Head for FS and KS1, starting in January 2025.

Candidates must be fluent in English, possess a relevant degree and primary-level teaching qualification, and have at least 2 years of teaching experience in schools adhering to the National Curriculum of England.

Applicants must be able to showcase the following:

• In-depth subject knowledge of the National Curriculum
• Familiarity with current UK educational initiatives and developments
• A strong commitment to excellence in teaching, learning, and educational leadership, believing that children can achieve their highest potential in the right environment
• Ability to foster creative learning and develop innovative 21st-century learning spaces and skills
• Proficiency in utilizing IT to enhance and extend students' learning experiences
• Experience in leveraging data from internal assessments, standardized tests, and external assessments to monitor student progress
• Experience in teaching EAL students is a plus, though not mandatory
