About This Role
Institut auf dem Rosenberg is seeking enthusiastic and committed boarding professionals to join our residential team as Boarding House Tutors (Artisans). The selected individual will play a vital role in supporting the pastoral life of the school while fostering a well-structured and nurturing boarding environment for our diverse international student body.

Candidates who can lead or assist in sports, outdoor activities, or co-curricular programs will be viewed favorably. We particularly encourage applicants who can contribute to sports, outdoor education, or creative and specialized activities.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications, skills, and experience:
• A relevant teaching, pastoral, or youth work qualification (or equivalent experience)
• Experience working with youth in a boarding, educational, or residential context
• Background in providing pastoral care and support for student wellbeing
• Ability to engage in sports, activities, or co-curricular initiatives
• A valid driving license and readiness to take on driving responsibilities

• Provide academic supervision and organized study support during evening study sessions.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of sports, recreational, and co-curricular activities.
• Support the daily routines and rhythms of the boarding house, ensuring exceptional care and attention to student wellbeing.
• Collaborate with boarding leadership, academic personnel, and pastoral teams to promote student development.
• Assume driving duties and oversee student transportation as needed.
