Curriculum Overview

Doha British School implements the National Curriculum of England, tailored to incorporate Qatar’s cultural heritage and values. Ideal candidates must possess:

A recognized educational qualification, such as a Bachelor’s in Education or an equivalent degree.

A certified teaching qualification like a PGCE or QTS, supplemented by an Early Career Teaching Certificate (the PGCE should be backed by a subject-related bachelor’s degree).

Outstanding subject expertise, with substantial experience in teaching the National Curriculum of England.

Experience with IGCSE, AS/A Level, and International Baccalaureate (IB) instruction.

A proven history of delivering exceptional teaching and learning experiences.
