Lower Secondary English Teacher

We are on the lookout for enthusiastic and committed educators to become part of our team. These positions demand outstanding communication skills, creativity, and the ability to modify teaching approaches to cater to the varied needs of students.

Key Responsibilities:


Design and execute engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and educational goals.


Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels appreciated and respected.


Employ a variety of instructional techniques to address different learning styles and abilities.


Evaluate student progress and offer constructive feedback to promote academic development.


Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to facilitate student success.


Effectively incorporate technology to enhance educational experiences.


Keep accurate records of student attendance, grades, and overall performance.


Engage in professional development opportunities to remain informed about best practices in education.


Adhere to school policies and procedures to maintain a safe and orderly educational environment.


Act as a positive role model for students and show a commitment to ongoing improvement.

Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).


Possession of a valid teaching certification/license/qualification.


Previous teaching experience is advantageous.


Strong skills in classroom management.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


A passion for teaching and a commitment to student achievement.
