About This Role

Dubai Heights Academy

Dubai Heights Academy offers a friendly and inviting work environment. Situated in the Al Barsha South district of Dubai, we are excited to welcome new members to our team.

Established in 2017, our school provides an inclusive, engaging, and exceptional education to a diverse student body from FS1 to Year 12 (2025-2026), with plans to expand to Year 13.

Our cutting-edge campus features dedicated buildings for each educational phase, a 380-seat auditorium, three temperature-controlled swimming pools, fully equipped science and computer labs, specialized rooms for art, design technology, music, and drama, a library, two multipurpose sports halls, a full-size football pitch, various outdoor play areas, and a large canteen. Spanning 292,000 sqft, our campus recently saw the grand opening of a new secondary building in August 2025, representing our most ambitious development to date.

Dubai Heights Academy follows the National Curriculum for England, which has been customized to meet local regulations and enhanced with Arabic language, Islamic Studies, Moral Education, and Social Studies. In collaboration with MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology), we have created a tailored AI (artificial intelligence) project-based program for secondary students and an early language initiative utilizing social robots for Primary students, further enriching our diverse curriculum.

Our guiding philosophy is encapsulated in our school ethos: ‘Every Child, Every Mind and Everybody matters’. We believe that each student is entitled to an outstanding education, regardless of their background or abilities.
