Successful applicants must possess:
- A degree in education, such as a Bachelor’s in Education or a related field.
- A recognized teaching qualification, such as a PGCE, QTS with an Early Career Teaching Certificate, or equivalent (the PGCE needs to be paired with a subject-relevant Bachelor’s Degree).
- A minimum of two years of teaching experience in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), with international experience being a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong subject knowledge, along with substantial experience teaching the British National Curriculum.
- A passion for creating a student-centered learning atmosphere.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and a collaborative teaching approach.
- A proven history of delivering exceptional teaching and learning.
- A willingness to engage in extracurricular activities outside of school hours.
