Skills and Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field is required.
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in visual arts at the middle or high school level.
- Strong understanding of various art techniques, media, history, and contemporary practices.
- Experience teaching within the U.S. curriculum framework is preferred.
- Capability to create innovative lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs.
- Excellent classroom management skills focused on creating a positive learning atmosphere.
- Proficient communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Commitment to incorporating technology into art instruction where applicable.
