Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging, inquiry-based lessons that foster curiosity, critical thinking, and a passion for learning.
- Cultivate a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that recognizes and nurtures individual strengths and learning styles.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate the varied needs of all learners, including EAL, gifted students, and those requiring additional assistance.
- Incorporate technology and innovative strategies to enrich student learning and engagement.
- Effectively assess, document, and communicate student progress, utilizing data to guide instruction and personalized support.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create and enhance IB-aligned curriculum plans, resources, and assessments.
- Contribute to the broader life of the school through participation in co-curricular activities, events, and community initiatives.
- Develop positive relationships with parents and the wider school community to foster student growth and wellbeing.
- Engage in continuous professional development and self-reflection to improve teaching practices.
