We are seeking an exceptional and aspirational Teacher of Geography to join Castle Manor Academy as Head of Geography and Second in Humanities. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious teacher ready to take the next step into middle leadership, or for an experienced leader looking to develop further within a supportive and values-driven school.
The Role
As Head of Geography, you will lead the development of Geography within the Humanities faculty, working closely with the Humanities Team Leader to shape curriculum, teaching and learning, and outcomes across the subject. You will play a key role in driving improvement, supporting colleagues, and contributing to the wider leadership of the faculty.
