About This Role
Due to our ongoing expansion, we are seeking a remarkable teacher of Design (Computer Science) to become part of our team starting from August 18, 2025. We invite applications from exceptional Design (Computer Science) educators who can inspire student curiosity and participation. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the IB MYP/DP who can tailor learning experiences and demonstrate a strong commitment to the holistic development of students.

The Role:
In the capacity of a Design (Computer Science) Teacher for the MYP/DP curriculum, you will engage and inspire students through inquiry-based learning, maintaining high standards in teaching, assessment, and reporting within your subject area. This position calls for a passionate educator who can motivate students, parents, and colleagues to attain ongoing success. The ideal candidate will focus on holistic education, providing well-resourced lessons while fostering a warm yet challenging environment for all children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver curriculum content while upholding exceptional teaching and assessment standards.
- Create a supportive and engaging classroom that champions students' right to learn.
- Develop differentiated lessons that cater to diverse student needs, particularly within the IB MYP/DP framework.
- Collaborate closely with students, parents, and colleagues to enhance the educational experience.
- Participate in school-wide activities and contribute to the overall well-being of the school community.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Design (Computer Science) or equivalent.
- PGCE with UK Qualified Teacher Status, Bachelor of Education, or SACE.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of demonstrated teaching experience, preferably in an IB school.
- A proven track record of delivering outstanding results.
- A professional commitment to effectively implementing an enriched IB/MYP and IB/DP curriculum is preferred.
- Competent IT skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work collaboratively with students, parents, and peers.
- Willingness to engage in extracurricular activities.
- A strong work ethic and a readiness to contribute to the overall welfare of the school.
