Chief Operating Officer

Dulwich College is in search of an exceptional Chief Operating Officer (COO) to become a vital member of its Senior Leadership Team. The COO will be instrumental in driving the ongoing success and future growth of Dulwich College. Acting as a key strategic ally to the Master, the COO will lead all operational, professional, and specialized functions, delivering effective and innovative support during a dynamic phase of the College's evolution. This expansive role encompasses finance, human resources, marketing, property management, information technology, governance, risk management, health and safety, sustainability, procurement, and campus operations.
