About This Role

- Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Teaching Experience: At least 2 years of teaching experience.
- Preferred Major: A field related to the subject.
- Required Certifications:
- Valid Teaching Credential/License.
- Additional relevant certifications are advantageous.
Job Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: Ranges from $1,000 - $1,500 plus $50 for each student enrolled and potential bonuses up to $300. (The final salary will be determined based on the interview process and individual experience.)
Teacher Responsibilities:
- Create engaging lesson plans and instructional resources designed to address the varied needs of every student.
- Deliver personalized and small group instruction to support students in achieving their academic objectives.
- Assess students’ academic and social development, keeping thorough records and preparing progress reports.
- Maintain regular communication with parents to keep them updated on their child’s progress.
- Work closely with school administrators and colleagues to cultivate a nurturing educational environment.
- Engage in curriculum development and professional learning opportunities to remain informed about the latest educational practices.
- Help organize and coordinate school events and activities, both on and off campus.
