About This Role

GEMS Royal Dubai School is a lively, prestigious institution following the British curriculum, currently serving students from FS1 through Year 8. We are excited to announce our expansion to Year 9 in September 2026, as part of a well-defined growth strategy that will continue through Year 13. We are in search of an enthusiastic and dedicated Art Teacher to join our faculty in September 2026. Experience in teaching Design Technology is preferable. The ideal candidate will possess self-motivation, ambition, and a dedication to achieving high standards and excellence for all students. Job Purpose

The role involves teaching Art as a subject specialist across Key Stages 1, 2, and 3, delivering a comprehensive and engaging learning experience that results in outstanding outcomes for all students.

Key Responsibilities


• Exhibit a strong dedication to excellence for each learner
• Demonstrate thorough and comprehensive subject knowledge of the Art curriculum applicable to Key Stages 1, 2, and 3 of the National Curriculum for England
• Provide consistently high-quality teaching and learning, collaborating and sharing best practices with colleagues
• Utilize student data effectively to tailor learning and enhance progress
• Maintain a high-performance mindset, remaining reflective, solution-oriented, and proactive
• Infuse creativity, enthusiasm, and innovation into the classroom
• Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding while supporting students’ personal and social growth
• Foster strong relationships with colleagues, students, and parents through exceptional interpersonal skills

Compensation

£30,000 - £45,000+ (Regional Equivalent)
