Capital School Bahrain is looking to recruit a passionate and dedicated Teacher of Science to become part of our expanding secondary team starting in September 2026.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching Science at Key Stages 3 and 4, with the chance to engage in A-Level Science (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics) as the school enhances its post-16 offerings. This role presents a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to join a nurturing and progressive British curriculum institution.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Delivering engaging and high-quality Science lessons across KS3, KS4, and KS5

• Contributing to the planning and assessment processes within the Science department

• Supporting students' progress and achievement in IGCSE and A-Level assessments

• Fostering positive behaviour, student engagement, and maintaining high expectations

• Collaborating effectively within the department and the broader school community

The successful applicant will possess:

• Qualified teacher status with a specialization in Science (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics)

• Experience teaching the English National Curriculum and KS4 Science

• Robust subject knowledge coupled with effective teaching practices

• A dedication to inclusive education and the wellbeing of students

• Experience or interest in A-Level Science (preferred)
