Inherited from 450 years of educational excellence at Harrow School in the UK, Asia International School Limited (AISL) brings over two decades of experience in the field of education, having established international schools in Bangkok (1998), Beijing (2005), Hong Kong (2012), and Shanghai (2016).
Harrow International School (HIS) and Harrow LiDe School Haikou represent a significant initiative for the Hainan government as it seeks to develop Haikou into an international education hub. Harrow Haikou stands as the first globally recognized educational institution in the province, poised to elevate the standards of high-quality education throughout the region.
Strategically positioned in the Jiangdong District, at the intersection of Jiangdong Avenue and Linhai Third Road, Harrow Haikou offers K-12 international and bilingual education to both local and foreign day and boarding students. The schools welcomed their first students in September 2020.
We are looking for outstanding staff members for positions starting in August 2025. Successful candidates will receive two-year renewable contracts with highly competitive employment terms and exceptional working conditions.

Application Criteria
- Relevant degree, UK PGCE, or other teaching qualification that grants QTS
- At least two years of teaching experience
- Knowledge of the National Curriculum of England (including IGCSE/GCSE and/or A Levels as applicable)
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to the holistic development of children
- A high standard of professionalism and a focus on children's well-being
- Recent and ongoing participation in extra-curricular activities
- Respect for all individuals within the school community, regardless of their role, age, or ethnic background
- Experience working with students who are non-native English speakers
- A positive, solution-oriented approach to professional life
- A clean International Child Protection Certificate (ICPC) or police check (for applicants without UK experience) and no concerns regarding suitability to work with children
