Join our dedicated team as an Advisory SENDCo and play a vital role in promoting inclusive education and providing tailored support to help every student achieve their full potential. In this role, you will assist with coordinating SEND provision and interventions across the school, support the implementation of EHCPs, and monitor student progress. You’ll work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure effective support is in place, help develop resources and strategies to meet diverse learner needs, and foster an inclusive, nurturing environment where all students can thrive.

🔍 What We’re Looking For

✅ A qualified teacher with knowledge of SEND (NASENCO qualification or working towards preferred)

✅ Compassionate, patient, and proactive with strong communication skills

✅ Experience working with children with additional needs is highly desirable
