DESS College is looking to recruit a Teacher of Performing Arts - Music and Drama, set to commence in August 2026.

About You
- Hold the essential qualifications (PGCE in Drama, Music, Performing Arts, or an equivalent certification).
- Possess a minimum of one year of teaching experience within the UK curriculum and have QTS.
- Demonstrate passion, commitment, vitality, and understanding in your teaching approach to drama.
- Ability to teach RSL Level 2 MUSPRA and CAPA would be advantageous.
- Be ready to actively participate in all aspects of the College’s vision, including extracurricular programs.
- Exhibit initiative, be self-reflective, and strive for continual enhancement.
- Capable of building positive relationships with a wide array of stakeholders, such as Senior Leaders, fellow educators, students, and parents.
