About This Role
Harrow International School, Bengaluru is excited to invite applications for the role of Teacher of Computer Science. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, enthusiastic, and seasoned classroom teacher to join our growing Science Department, following the successful launch of the school in August 2023. By 2025, we will introduce IGCSE, International A level, and the IB Diploma, providing the new team member with invaluable experience across leading international secondary curricula. The individual will be instrumental in delivering exceptional teaching and learning while ensuring a comprehensive educational experience for our secondary school students (Year 7 to Year 13).
The successful candidate for the Computer Science teaching position will be expected to possess outstanding subject expertise and exhibit exemplary classroom practices, thereby guaranteeing that students receive top-notch teaching and learning experiences. A collaborative spirit and robust communication skills will be crucial for fostering supportive relationships with colleagues, students, and parents, as well as for contributing to a strong departmental team. A willingness to engage in the extra-curricular and boarding aspects of school life is also anticipated.

In August 2025, we will advance to the next phase, launching a primary school for children aged 5 and older (Years 1 to 5) as day students.
