About This Role

At Fosse Way School, you’ll step into a vibrant, joyful and deeply rewarding environment where no two days are ever the same. Our students, aged 3 to 19, bring with them an incredible diversity of strengths, personalities and needs—and they will inspire you, challenge you and make you proud every single day.

We are seeking an exceptional and enthusiastic teacher to join our dedicated team. We are particularly interested in candidates who would be excited to teach within our Turing Pathway.

The Turing Pathway provides a highly specialised curriculum for students with a wide range of Severe and Complex Learning Disabilities. Most students on this pathway are working within the Engagement Steps, and teaching focuses on developing communication, interaction, cognition and independence through personalised, meaningful learning experiences.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a significant difference to the lives of young people with complex needs, working alongside a skilled and supportive multidisciplinary team. To find out more about the Turing Pathway and our curriculum offer, please visit the Curriculum section of our website.
