About This Role

Al Rabeeh Academy is looking to recruit an outstanding English teacher who is dedicated to fostering a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning atmosphere. The ideal candidate will be able to motivate and challenge students with creativity, collaboration, and a deep passion for language and literature, setting the stage for both academic and personal success starting in August 2025.

As an English Teacher, you will be instrumental in nurturing students' language abilities, critical thinking, and enthusiasm for reading and writing. Your role will involve delivering a dynamic and creative curriculum that builds confidence, independence, and a lasting appreciation for the English language.

We are in search of a teacher who can demonstrate:

- Exceptional subject expertise in English language and literature.
- The capability to create a vibrant and engaging classroom atmosphere.
- Familiarity with current UK educational initiatives and trends.
- A genuine passion for teaching and learning, striving for the highest standards.
- The ability to promote creative learning and develop 21st-century skills in students.
- Confidence in utilizing technology to enhance and expand learning.
- Experience in employing data and assessments to monitor and support student progress.
- A true talent for instilling a love of reading and writing in students.

Candidates must be fluent in English, possess a relevant degree and teaching qualification, and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in schools that adhere to the National Curriculum of England.

- Proven capability to teach across key stages.
- Experience with EAL (English as an Additional Language) students is preferred but not mandatory.
