About This Role
We are looking for a passionate, dynamic, and ambitious School Improvement Consultant for our Infant School, someone dedicated to upholding the highest standards and showcasing leadership and management abilities that align with our school's vision, mission, and values.
The role of the Infant School Improvement Consultant involves driving school enhancement by aiding academies in the systematic planning, articulation, and execution of the curriculum, instruction, and assessment to elevate student achievement across Ta’allum schools.
Essential Competencies
- Ability to contribute to raising teaching and learning standards, consistently leading and promoting exceptional teaching practices on a daily basis.
- Capability to collaborate effectively with fellow school leaders, fostering the adoption and integration of the school’s mission and vision statements.
- Skill in balancing operational and strategic responsibilities daily, ensuring successful outcomes at all times.
- Excellent communication skills, with a talent for building strong relationships with all stakeholders, including parents, staff, and students.
- Experience as an Ofsted Inspector is preferred.

Paperwork Requirements
Candidates must submit notarized and attested academic degrees, teaching certificates, transcripts, marriage and dependent birth certificates. Further information regarding school requirements will be provided.
The selected candidate will need to present a criminal records check from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) prior to employment confirmation. Candidates residing outside the DBS jurisdiction must provide an approved certificate from a similar authority in their current country of residence.
