About This Role

Due to a rise in student enrollment, Al Rabeeh Academy is on the lookout for a dedicated, adaptable, and enthusiastic Inclusion Teacher to start immediately.

Al Rabeeh Academy, a stunning purpose-built institution that commenced operations in August 2017, is part of an expanding network of schools. The Al Rabeeh name has been a hallmark of high-quality education and pastoral support in the city since 1979. Our academy is affiliated with the British Schools in the Middle East (BSME), which offers excellent opportunities for inter-school competitions, tournaments, and professional development.

Our bilingual private school caters to students from FS1 to Year 13, providing the English National Curriculum alongside Arabic. Ideal candidates will be highly motivated team players, passionate about contributing to the growth of Al Rabeeh Academy, where internal promotion opportunities may arise as the school expands.

Candidates must possess an understanding of the ethos and values of Al Rabeeh Academy, which has a significant population of Arabic-speaking students. The successful applicant will be an effective communicator, comfortable fostering open dialogue with students, staff, and parents. They will set a positive example and actively participate in the Academy's extracurricular activities.

Applicants must be fluent in English, hold a relevant degree along with a primary-level teaching qualification, and have at least two years of experience teaching in schools that implement the National Curriculum of England.

We seek candidates who can exhibit the following:

• Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum
• Ability to collaborate with classroom teachers to support students with special educational needs (SEN)
• Familiarity with current UK initiatives and developments in SEN, and a willingness to complete the NASENCo Award
• Skill in engaging students through innovative and effective language lessons to enhance their learning
• A demonstrated history of inspirational teaching
• Capability to foster creative learning and focus on developing 21st-century learning environments and innovation skills
• Proficiency in using technology to motivate and enhance student learning experiences
• Experience in analyzing data from internal assessments, standardized tests, and external evaluations to monitor student progress
• Essential experience in teaching English as an Additional Language (EAL) students
• Essential experience in teaching students with SEN and those who are gifted and talented
