Starting on 1 September of the upcoming academic year, we are thrilled to announce a maternity cover position for an **outstanding Early Childhood Educator** to join our dedicated team and embody the values of *Love – Care – Excellence* at our joyful, flourishing school. This role has the potential to transition into a permanent position.
The ideal candidate will be nurturing and compassionate, demonstrate exceptional pedagogical abilities, possess QTS and/or EYPS qualifications, and ideally hold a degree in Early Childhood Studies or Education. A strong background in EYFS and/or KS1 is essential, along with the capability and willingness to work across our year groups, from Kindergarten to Year 2.
We provide a warm and supportive environment, shorter working weeks during term time (34-35 weeks compared to the 39 weeks in maintained schools), and competitive salary packages. There are opportunities for additional working weeks and compensation by participating in some of our holiday programs for enrolled Kindergarten and Pre-Reception students.
