Has worked in similar environments. Proven ability to succeed in this type of environment, working with similar systems and processes.
Strong record of enabling staff to achieve their best performance.
Degree Level Qualification or relevant work experience or professional qualification
Cert Ed, PGCE or equivalent level teaching qualification
Level 2 English and Maths Qualification or Equivalent
Knowledge of the college landscape including relating to college funding, technical education qualifications and OFSTED.
Working knowledge and experience of safeguarding and Equality and Diversity legislation
