Qualifications:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree or higher is essential.
• Teaching Experience: A minimum of 2 years in an educational environment is required.
• Major: Preference will be given to candidates with a degree in a related discipline.
• Required Certifications:
• A valid Teaching Credential/License is necessary.
• Additional relevant certifications are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive Salary: Between $1,000 and $1,500, plus $50 for every student enrolled, with potential bonuses of up to $300 (final remuneration will depend on the interview and experience).

Teaching Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging lesson plans and instructional materials tailored to the diverse needs of students.
• Provide personalized instruction and conduct small group sessions to support all students in achieving their academic goals.
• Evaluate students’ academic and social progress, maintaining detailed records and preparing progress reports.
• Communicate effectively with parents to keep them informed about their child’s development.
• Collaborate with school administrators and fellow teachers to foster a nurturing educational atmosphere.
• Participate in curriculum development and seek professional growth opportunities to remain current with educational best practices.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating school activities and events, both on-campus and off.
