Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related area.
- At least 3 years of teaching experience in early childhood or primary education.
- Comprehensive understanding of USA curriculum standards for early years.
- Ability to design engaging lesson plans that promote creativity, critical thinking, and social skills.
- Strong classroom management capabilities, demonstrating patience and empathy towards young learners.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and fellow educators.
- Familiarity with educational technology tools is a plus.
