Requirements and Experience:
Essential:
• Possess a bachelor’s degree pertinent to the subject area or an equivalent qualification
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent credential
• Demonstrate strong subject expertise and a genuine passion for sharing knowledge with our students
• Experience in teaching GCSE and A Level
• At least 3 years of teaching experience, although we welcome applications from new teachers with aspirations for excellence
• Capability to deliver consistently inspiring lessons and a proven track record of achieving outstanding results
• A collaborative spirit and proficient communication skills
• Evidence of recent professional development relevant to this position
• Innovative ideas to elevate the department’s profile within the school
• Proficient ICT skills that reflect the integration of technology in contemporary classrooms
• A commitment to contributing to the extra-curricular program
