We are in search of an exceptional, innovative, and enthusiastic Secondary teacher specializing in Computer Science and Mathematics to become part of our British International School. ISCS is a British educational institution that offers the Cambridge International curriculum to a diverse community of Swiss and international students. Our school provides high-quality education from Early Years through to Year 13. We are cultivating a robust community that includes students, parents, and a motivated ISCS Team, all committed to achieving the school’s objectives and maximizing opportunities for every individual.

As our school continues to grow annually, we are seeking additional outstanding professionals to enhance our team. Currently, our class sizes range from 8 to 15 students.

We are looking for a skilled Secondary teacher of Computer Science and Mathematics to join us in August 2026, prompted by the expansion of our Secondary Department. Ideal candidates should have a passion for teaching in an inclusive environment and enthusiasm for the Secondary years. We desire an individual who is dedicated to quality education in an international context, exhibits creative thinking, and is committed to lifelong learning. The successful applicant will be adaptable, challenge-driven, and an exemplary classroom educator.

The following qualifications and experiences are essential for the teaching position:

• A strong Bachelor's Degree

• A recognized teaching qualification: PGCE or an equivalent certification

• Relevant teaching experience within a UK or International context, specifically following the Cambridge International Curriculum or the National Curriculum of England and Wales

• Experience in teaching Computer Science and Mathematics at the Secondary level, with the potential to teach Computer Science up to IGCSE and A level

• Proficiency in the English language

• Comprehensive knowledge of pedagogy in Teaching & Learning

• An innovative and inspiring teaching approach

• High expectations for students and colleagues

• Familiarity with utilizing technology to enhance learning

• Professional demeanor aligned with the Teachers’ Standards

• Flexibility in teaching methods

• Experience in developing Schemes of Learning and responding to curriculum changes

• Excellent interpersonal abilities

• A B or C permit for working and residing in Switzerland is preferred.
