About the Role
The Primary STEM Coordinator will be responsible for spearheading the strategic advancement and execution of STEM learning throughout the Primary School. Key responsibilities include:


Enhancing and aligning the STEM curriculum with the Cambridge Primary framework


Assisting teachers across various year groups in incorporating STEM principles into their lessons


Leading innovation, hands-on learning activities, and cross-curricular STEM projects


Encouraging real-world problem-solving, creativity, and critical thinking


Creating enrichment programs such as STEM clubs, competitions, and project weeks

The successful candidate will ignite curiosity, nurture independent learning, and play a vital role in the school’s vision for academic excellence and innovation.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline


At least 5 years of teaching experience, ideally in an international or Cambridge curriculum setting


Strong subject matter knowledge and demonstrated expertise in STEM education


Proven track record of designing engaging, practical, inquiry-based learning experiences


Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities

Skills & Competencies

Deep understanding of contemporary STEM pedagogy and best practices


Capability to lead initiatives and assist colleagues with curriculum development


Familiarity with educational technologies utilized in STEM learning


Confidence in integrating digital tools and practical resources into instruction
