Requirements and Experience:

Essential


• Possess a bachelor’s degree pertinent to the teaching subject or an equivalent qualification

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent certification

• Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for sharing your expertise with our students

• Experience teaching GCSE and A Level courses

• At least 3 years of teaching experience, although new teachers aiming for excellence will be considered

• Ability to deliver consistently inspiring lessons with a proven record of outstanding results

• A collaborative approach and effective communication skills

• Evidence of a commitment to recent professional development relevant to this position

• Innovative ideas that will enhance the department's profile within the school

• Proficient ICT skills reflecting the role of technology in contemporary classrooms

• A commitment to the extracurricular program

• A dedication to the well-being and pastoral care of all students in your charge

• A creative, positive, and innovative mindset

Desirable


• Experience working abroad or with international students
