Job Description

The role involves implementing the EPG Curriculum utilizing suitable teaching methodologies and behavior management techniques within a sanctioned framework for observation, documentation, and reporting. This ensures that all students can engage in learning tailored to their individual needs and achieve or exceed the expected progression rates as per UK standards.

- Design and execute lesson plans and activities that are suitable for various age groups.
- Establish a positive and stimulating learning atmosphere for young learners.
- Support the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth of children.
- Evaluate and track students’ development while offering constructive feedback to parents.
- Work collaboratively with fellow educators and staff to develop a unified educational experience.
- Keep parents and guardians informed about their child’s progress through open communication.

Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Prior experience working with young children is preferred.
- A true passion for working with children and a commitment to making a meaningful difference in their lives.
- Creativity, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of health and safety protocols relevant to early childhood settings.
- Proficiency in English.
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and other preschool-related software.
