Primary Partnership Teacher
About This Role
The GORSE Academies Trust Primary Partnership is seeking to recruit exceptional teachers to join a newly established team of casual teachers.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of our internal trust workforce, providing high-quality teaching and support across our primary academies as required. Unlike traditional agency supply work, successful candidates will become part of the wider GORSE family, working within a highly successful and values-driven trust committed to securing exceptional outcomes for every child.
We are looking for talented professionals who can quickly establish positive relationships with pupils and colleagues, deliver high-quality learning experiences and uphold the high expectations and standards synonymous with GORSE.
This role offers a unique combination of flexibility, professional trust and the opportunity to work across a number of successful primary academies. We are particularly interested in hearing from experienced colleagues who can bring a wealth of expertise and make an immediate impact wherever they are deployed.
Potential applicants should:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Have a proven track record of securing strong outcomes for pupils.
- Demonstrate excellent classroom practice and high expectations for all learners.
- Be able to adapt quickly to different educational settings and establish positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
- Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Share our commitment to excellence, inclusion and ensuring every child receives an exceptional education.
We would particularly welcome applications from colleagues who:
- Have experience teaching across the primary age range.
- Are keen to broaden their experience by working across different academies and communities.
- Enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues and sharing effective practice.
- Are looking for a flexible role within a successful and supportive organisation.
- Have the potential and ambition to contribute more widely to academy improvement where opportunities arise.
