About This Role

Arcadia Global School, Dubai is a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join our team in August 2026. The successful candidate will provide essential support to students, helping them to achieve their full potential in an inclusive learning environment.

About the School

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a school or nursery environment working with SEN children

  • Support students with special educational needs (SEN) in various activities.

  • Work closely with teachers to implement individualized education plans (IEPs).

  • Provide one-on-one or small group support as needed.

  • Assist with administrative tasks related to student support.

  • Assist students with their academic work, both in and out of the classroom

  • Relevant qualifications or training in education or support work is a plus.

  • Experience working with students with SEN is desirable.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation

£35,000 - £55,000 (Tax-Free Equivalent)
