About This Role

About Us
The GEP is a prominent collective of sports academies, specializing in tennis, golf, and football, as well as enrichment activity centers focused on English, STEM, exam preparation, music, and dance. Our mission is to nurture development and excellence in both athletic and creative fields, offering exceptional programs for children and young adults throughout the region.

We are on the lookout for a Growth and Programmes Executive who will work closely with our management team to enhance marketing, enrollment, product development, and customer experience initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing and Branding:
- Implement marketing strategies aimed at increasing visibility and enrollment in our sports academies and enrichment programs.
- Create and execute both digital and traditional engagement strategies for our target audiences.
- Partner with internal teams to design promotional content that accurately represents our values and offerings.

2. Enrollment and Sales:
- Identify and connect with potential students and their families, highlighting the advantages of our programs.
- Foster relationships with local and regional partners to boost enrollment and expand program reach.
- Meet and exceed enrollment goals set by management.

3. Product Development:
- Collaborate with the management team to innovate and enhance program offerings in line with market needs.
- Remain up-to-date on trends in sports and enrichment activities to keep our programs competitive and relevant.

4. Customer Experience:
- Evaluate and enhance the customer journey from initial inquiry to program participation.
- Address feedback and complaints to ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
- Guarantee that program delivery meets the highest quality standards.

5. Regional Growth:
- Proactively identify opportunities for expansion into new markets within the region.
- Travel as necessary to build partnerships, assess market potential, and oversee the launch of new programs.

Qualifications
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years in sales, marketing, or business development is required.
- Passion for Sports: A genuine enthusiasm for at least one of the following sports—tennis, golf, or football.
- Language Skills: Proficient in both written and spoken English, with additional language proficiency being advantageous.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-Motivation: A driven and results-oriented approach with the capability to work independently.
- Willingness to Travel: Flexibility to travel throughout the region to support business growth.
