About This Role

The Rowans AP Academy is seeking to appoint a highly effective Teaching Assistant, to start with immediate effect.

The successful candidate will have an attention to detail, will work to a high standard, and will seek to ensure a positive educational environment through their work. In return, The Howard Academy Trust offers a wide variety of benefits, details of which are outlined below.

This is a part time, permanent role, Term Time Only +1 week, paid on the NJC pay scale D2 point 4-11 (FTE £25,185 - £28,142- actual salary calculated on a pro rata basis which equates to £19,235 - £21,494 per annum), with an SEN Allowance of £1,539.

The working pattern will consist of 33 hours per week, Monday Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:30-15:30, and Wednesday 8:30-16:00, with a 30-minute unpaid break each day.
